Data deletion instructions
We keep very little data, and you can have it deleted at any time. Every request below is completed within 30 days, and we confirm by email when it is done.
If you commented on one of our videos
- Delete the comment on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. We remove deleted comments from our records within 30 days.
- Or email iovii@outlook.com with the subject "Data deletion request", the platform, and your public display name or a link to your comment. We will delete everything we hold about it.
If you visited this website
This website has no cookies, analytics or forms, so we hold nothing about your visit. If you emailed us, ask us by email to delete the conversation and we will.
Removing our tool's access to an account
Iovii Flash News Publisher connects only to our own channels. Whoever owns a connected account can remove its access at any time, and we then delete the stored sign-in tokens straight away and all other data from that account within 30 days:
- Google / YouTube: open the Google security settings page, choose "Iovii Flash News Publisher" and remove access.
- Facebook and Instagram: in Settings, open "Apps and websites", select Iovii Flash News and remove it.
- TikTok: in Settings and privacy, open the list of connected apps and remove Iovii Flash News.
You can also email iovii@outlook.com to ask us to disconnect an account and delete its data. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
