These terms apply to this website (flashnews.iovii.com), to the videos published by Iovii Flash News ("we", "us"), and to Iovii Flash News Publisher, our in-house publishing tool. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Our content is news, not advice
Our videos and pages summarise news for general information. They are not financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice. In particular, coverage of markets, stocks and cryptocurrencies is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
2. Accuracy, AI and corrections
- Our scripts are drafted with the help of AI from the reporting of other news outlets, and our narration voices are AI-generated.
- We name the sources of every story and show the date the news broke. News can change after publication.
- We work hard to be accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, correct or up to date. If you spot a mistake, tell us at iovii@outlook.com and we will correct or remove it.
3. Intellectual property
- Our videos, graphics, logo and the "Iovii Flash News" name belong to us. You may share links to our videos and pages, but you may not re-upload, sell or present our videos as your own without permission.
- The original reporting belongs to the news organisations we credit. Names and trademarks of other organisations belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
- We use only images, music and fonts that we own, create or have a licence to use. If you believe we have used your work without permission, email iovii@outlook.com with a link to the content and proof of ownership, and we will review it promptly.
4. Using this website
Please do not misuse this website: do not try to break into it, disrupt it, overload it or use it for anything unlawful. We may change or stop any part of the website at any time.
5. Other platforms and links
Our videos are published on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and our pages link to other websites. Those platforms and websites have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. For example, watching our videos on YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
6. Iovii Flash News Publisher and YouTube API Services
Iovii Flash News Publisher is an internal tool, used only by the Iovii Flash News team to publish and manage our own videos on our own channel. It uses YouTube API Services. By using Iovii Flash News Publisher, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. How the tool handles Google user data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.
7. No warranty
The website, our videos and the tool are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Iovii Flash News is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on our content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If you keep using our website, videos or tool after a change, you accept the updated terms.
